I don’t usually post petitions on LACityMom.com but this is an issue that I find so disturbing I am compelled to encourage you to get involved. It is possible that the entire Arts Program in the Los Angeles Unified School District will be cut. LAUSD is proposing a 50% cut of the budget in the Elementary Arts Program for 2010, and an 100% cut, meaning the ELIMINATION of the entire Arts Program for 2011. Unimaginable.
