I know that organic food is better for my family. But it also tends to be more expensive. In this economy where people are looking for ways to save what may be helpful is to look at the following list of the “dirty dozen.” The following foods tend to have far more pesticides than the “cleanest” list below, buying the organic version whenever possible is better.
